Erin has dedicated her entire legal career to representing employees facing harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in the workplace. Using her extensive experience in the field and her tireless approach to litigation, Erin works closely with her clients to find justice.

In recognition of her achievements on behalf of her clients, Erin was recently recognized as a 2024-2025 Southern California Super Lawyer - Rising Star, an honor reserved for only 2.5% of attorneys in the region.

She has published a number of articles in legal publications, including, most recently, Discovery Aimed at Defeating an Arbitration Clause in Employment Cases and 2023’s New Employment Laws (with a Bit of Color Commentary), co-authored with Andrew Friedman, Esq.

Erin is also active in the labor and employment law community in Southern California. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section and serves on its Saturday Seminar Committee. She is also a member of the California Employment Lawyers’ Association and the California Lawyers’ Association - Labor and Employment Section.

Erin graduated in the top 4% of her law school class and was elected to the Order of the Coif, a legal honor society. While in law school, Erin worked in the Civil Advocacy Clinic, where she represented hourly workers in wage and hour law claims. She also served on the staff of the Administrative Law Review and the Executive Board of the Moot Court Honor Society and was selected as a Dean’s Fellow for the Legal Research and Writing Program.

Erin holds a Juris Doctorate degree, magna cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from U.C. Berkeley.

She is admitted to practice law in courts throughout the State of California and the District of Columbia.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys trying new restaurants around L.A., exploring the city on foot with her rescue dog Matt, and rooting for the Lakers, Dodgers, and Angel City Football Club.
